Growing vegetables in containers, is convenient for those without access to gardening space. I am going to attempt using recycled cat litter pails (20 liter) to grow Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, Cabbage, Kale and Peppers. I built a couple of sturdy tables to place the containers into. The tables should prevent the containers from blowing over in a strong wind, as well as lifting them off the ground to avoid invasion by ants.

I planted Brussel Sprout, Pepper and Broccoli plants this morning, and will follow their advancement in later postings. Approximately 1/4 cup of pelleted Chicken poo, placed in planting hole (see pictures at end)
